How it Started

The Plan

With this being a brand new build, we had a blank slate so we knew we wanted to maximize room in the yard and make the front yard pop!

We decided on a permeable paver driveway in the front yard. We tied the downspouts into the permeable driveway to move water away from the house while also creating more curb appeal!

We also created the retaining walls to optimize space in the yard and create proper water flow away from this new home.

The Process

We graded the yard and added in pavers along the cement so nothing would ever heave or move.

We also spaded in trees and added all the plants and mulch to give this project the finishing touches it needed!

Overall this project turned out beautifully and really made this new construction stand out!
